IF CA wants to make the rules for our military, they should not get any federal funds.

Gross discrimination against the blind, the deaf, the elderly, the children, and others who are refused membership in the CA National Guard. Why are people with gender dysphoria more special than other people with mental illness or physical handicaps?

YOu can train a monkey, doesn't mean you should.
A human can fly an Apache helicopter, it isn't any harder because of what ever sex you think you are. My problem is... that m2f pilot is disconnected with reality.

I always love to see the military disregarding orders from those appointed over them. I guess they shouldn't complain much when privates decide not to do that their officers and NCO's tell them to do huh?

Capt Gregory Prickett - The Governor can not overrule the current regulations imposed on the uniformed Service. My Uniform does not say the Army of Virginia - but US Army.
If a Governor is going rogue against the regulations imposed on the uniformed military service, there will be serious consequences that can be sanctioned to that states readiness. A lot of money comes from the Fed to support training, equipment and deployments.
You do not have to follow unlawful orders -

Capt Gregory Prickett - Did you notice that the President of the United States is BEFORE the Governor of VA? The Governor cannot rule over the President according to my Oath.
I understand the difference between Title 32 and Title 10 - I have been both active and guard for quite some time - The Governor can not supersede existing law.
