Just like, "Don't let your father do his daughter's pony tails for school".
When I did my daughter's pony tails for 1st grade, she came home and told me her teacher said to tell me not to pony tail her hair anymore, and her teacher will do it at school. Lol

I want to know if he assembled his uniform himself or had some assistant do it for him?

The AF gives out so many ribbons and medals that it is tough to keep track. The Air Force should be like the Marines. I heard they have arrows on the back of the ribbon pointing which side is up. Great idea!

If it was an assistant it might be something that causes them to be replaced.
If it was himself, he did not gain a lot of admiration of those who thought he is in his position because of his attention to detail!
