St. Louis cop charged in Russian Roulette shooting death of fellow officer, police say

I don't know what is happening to my city. I was born and raised in Saint Louis and just think I came with them months of becoming part of the Saint Louis city police department down at the 7th district. I ended up a University City Missouri police department, My sister also. They must Have cut out the psychological portion of the application process. Because lately they have been allowing some real knuckle heads in to the department.
