One of the lesser bowl games, to be sure, but at the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl on Friday, December 28th, Auburn raced out to a 56-7 halftime lead, scoring TDs on its first eight possessions -- spanning only 11 minutes -- to set a record for points in any half of any bowl game, according to ESPN Stats & Information.
Auburn beat Pur-don’t 63-14!
I went to the game with my cousin, also an Auburn graduate, and we witnessed a blowout like I’ve never seen before. WAR EAGLE!

This is Purdue’s name now, MSgt Michael Bischoff. They’ve had it for some time, and the MCB gave renewed life to the name they’ve tried unsuccessfully to lose!
