MTA: $11 billion NYC train hub on time for arrival

While the obdurate class clowns of the democratic party go on vacation and holiday leave. POTUS is waiting to negotiate a deal for the southern border wall at the white house. On the other hand MTA of New York said the 11 billion dollar subway job should be complete by 2022. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is a public benefit corporation.
