The Divide Between Silicon Valley and Washington Is a National-Security Threat

17 years into the Global War on Terror the drumbeat has faded in most Americans minds. However, technology has lowered the cost and barriers to entry which is why partnerships in SV tech fields are crucial to our National Security Strategies.
