We are a 13 OR, Level 1 Trauma/Level 2 Pediatric facility that is looking for highly motivated nurses who desire to be a part of a fast-paced, team oriented environment. The circulating RN follows AORN guidelines and works along side the surgeon, scrub nurse, surgical assistant, and anesthesia team to deliver safe surgical outcomes. While on orientation, you will be assigned to one of 3 surgical teams to specialize in (cardiovascular, ortho/neuro, or general). Some cross-training of specialties is expected. This position has scheduled shifts Monday-Friday with rotating call. Call shifts depend on the number of RNs on your team, ie. 5 RNs = every 5th weekday and every 5th weekend with 1-2 holidays per year.
