Taking a position on this one at this time would be idiotic.... Not enough info...
What I know... Defense attorneys always lay claim their client is Innocent...its kind of their job, so that statement holds little weight.
LEO leadership is most times in most cases going to support the LEO when the case looks good at the face based on info and statements immediately available.. the benefit of the doubt goes to the officer... so that statement holds little weight at this point as well.
