Action News Jax said injuries were reported at the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base near Kingsland, about 4 p.m Sunday. Reporter Ryan Nelson said he spoke with the mother of one of the injured people. Nelson said she told him her son had been fishing when the storm hit and that he had been taken to a hospital.
