Missouri May be Very Right Wing Republican but they are More Union Supporters than anything else. They were None to Impressed when Right to Work was implemented by the Legislators without their Consent and It was Repealed by Vote this Past Election. That does Appear to be the Third Rail when it comes to Missouri Politics.

Having watched from across the river, I would say pouring money into a state to defeat a proposal often works. I heard many many anti-right-to-work commercials on St Louis radio and TV stations. The right-to-work forces put up a pretty weak resistance. Watching from the outside it was clear the union interests were willing to say or do anything to defeat RTW.
