Virginia Could Be The State To Give Women Equal Rights Nationwide

A lot of men especially are afraid of this law. It makes it harder to manipulate current laws in their favor.

I cannot even imagine why any state would not ratify this, but mine won't. Equal pay or equal work: what's so difficult about that?

Umm, Women already have equal rights across the country. They can vote, own property, enter into business deals, sign their own legal documents, can walk down the street unescorted, etc. This is not by any means the complete list. Just off the top of my head.
