If the Utility Companies take this pressure to upgrade their transmission systems and/or bury their lines like the Enviros want, the next story we'll see posted from NPR will be "California Utility Company's Unfairly Ask For Exorbitant Rate Hike" (to cover the billions required to complete upgrades and line burying), and you will hear Californians screaming on Mars!
