Very nice capability. I worked on it at Brooks AFB and Kirtland AFB way back in 1995 when it was called Active Denial Technology. We raised and trained goats. We have the videos.

Recall seeing this someplace before. Great system, but it's a stretch seeing applicability for anything but crowd control in civilian scenarios.
