Pranks being tradition don’t make this prank gone bad okay, Capt Brandon Charters. There should be significant consequences, although I don’t know what they might be. Possible euthanization of such a magnificent creature because of a prank is totally repugnant to me. I hope this magnificent bird of prey is healed.

Agreed. There is no reason that this should have occurred. It is time to end this type of childish behavior. The Cadets responsible should be charged with cruelty to an animal, at the very least.
