Venezuelan dictator will not relinquish power without kicking, killing, and screaming. It is amazing that many US leaders encouraged him to step into power. Sad times for the people of Venezuela!

We need to send help to Maduro, if all those running for President in the Democrat Party arrived on the scene to explain all of the befefits of Socialism, all would be good. It’s just a lack of understanding by the citizens of Venezuela as to how good they have it. One way tickets please.

I've said it before and I'll say it again here. Diplomacy is not America's long suit. To often we allow business people to steer our foreign relations, especially in Latin America, and they are guided only by self-interest. And when our government takes the reins in their own hands, they are guided by the myopic vision that all people are just like us and should be governed like us.
