Best way I found to lose weight is cut out sweets, eat more fruit and vestibules and exercise. If you “cheat” that is ok once in a while. When I do my 2/days I really drop weight. Swim in the morning run in the afternoon two days a week, bike two days a week then bike and run one day a week. After exercising make sure to eat recovery foods. Some of these are surprising. Chocolate milk, somesemi sweet chocolate, oranges, etc. I’ve lost weight dieting but I feel much better losing weight exercising.

i find fraud in research deplorable. People actually follow the results of these clowns and may cause lasting harm. One not mentioned was where researchers hid the fact that some Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAID) lead to heart attacks. These drugs were potent and very effective at reducing post op pain. One of the problems is they could interfere with clot formation and creat bleeding problems. The potential for these drugs was enormous if they hadn’t cause heart attacks and heart damage. One company, believing the research was developing a reversible NSAID, wasting millions of dollars.

And how about using fen-phen those two drugs then causing heart damage to people. It is funny, when I was at Madigan Army Medical Center, I was told that I didn't have to fast before I took my blood test so I went off the scale. When I went to see the nutritionist, they realized that I was told the opposite. I should have fasted and everything would have been fine. The results came out perfect. In my appointment, I had a soldier who was taking all of these supplements for muscle build-up. The nutritionist went over the ingredients in those supplements and she was describing how it was so harmful on the body with naming the specific ingredients. There is so much fraud in today's so-called nutrition in the street and I don't trust anybody and just because it's sold at General Nutrition centers doesn't mean that it's bad for you.
