Use them to fill the technical, non advanced pilot roles. This would free up officers for pilot and command roles.

I never perceived why blue suit land shouldn't have them again, I just never could...the thing is, USPHS is actually allowed them as well, and yet has never seem fit to institute tjem, I've actually seen warrams mentioned in the statute creating USPHS, there's been prtty !such the sa!e debate, it's also gone nowhere...I'd even seem a debate on paramedics made warrants in USPHS at assocs level, no Bach, obv it:s gone virtually nowhere, similarly, of course...I was always told and read that rotary wing helicopters are organic to Army units, that's why Army uses warrants for that, aside from specialized warrants in other fields....
