He's the first CMO, I think. Hasn't been one before. His big plan is to put data in the cloud for everyone to use. I think that means one company would do it, and of course that means a lot of other contractors are going to be very unhappy, not only for using, but sharing data. I personally think it's probably such a big goal, that it's like eating an elephant in one bite, and Mattis would like to see some smaller, simpler goals to see sooner results. That is my opinion, however, since I don't talk to Mattis every day.
