So for an area officers or small detachments worldwide or going to have to bring hundreds of pounds of equipment just to stay in shape for the Army standard. I can only do two 72 to 98 on my APFT but now I'm going to have to do and buy my own equipment at home to be able to probably the same level of fitness. Maybe this isn't such a good idea like the pink and green class a uniform.

Thank you for liking it in spite of the typos. I'll go on my laptop and fix it later but thank you, sfc Palmer!

Not just NG, I guarantee you 90% of active units don't casually have this stuff lying around the orderly room... I know what you're thinking "the gym should have that stuff!". Yeah. Sure. Agreed. That one gym on post has that stuff...that ONE gym on post... The post with hundreds of Companies and thousands of people on it... All fighting over that equipment...

I agree. the casual nature of the "every gym has this equipment" in that quote shows you how little they researched this. As a fitness instructor, I can tell you that only 1 out of 10 of the 10 gyms I have worked at has a hex bar. And yes, there is only one. So if someone is using it....Plus who has a 90 pound sled? I have never worked at a gym that has room for a sled pull, let alone a sled. And those in rural areas, may have zero gyms, so they should be responsible for purchasing all this equipment to train at home? That's a tall order.
