Col Joseph Lenertz - I remember when we used to have drill and trained for our jobs. Our annual training consisted of fire extinguisher class and basic life saving skills. Now when our kids deploy they can tell you what certificate to chose for different programs, but have little tangible hands on experience. Dangerous game we play.
