Helicopter dropped ammunition can over Parkland Elementary, causing outage

The Air Force had ammo fall out of a truck, so this was just the Army's attempt to one up them on the Lost Ammo Challenge. The Navy is participating also, but since their ammo falls to the bottom of the ocean, it will be awhile before anyone finds it.
