I hope he does - he's nuts. He threatened at least two other people for parking in a handicap spot. One guy he actually called the guy's employer and threatened the guy via his employer. Has pulled out his gun before. Over a parking spot. He's not the parking police.
If I worked somewhere with handicap spots or if I just saw a car with no placard parked in one, I'd just call the cops, give them the license plate and be on my way.
