Facebook has the right to establish "standards and practices" for its advertisers, and terms of use for its subscribers. The same as I would have the right to kick Facebook to the curb, as everyone should do; but I can't, because I read their terms of use when I considered using the application. And decided I didn't need to grant them full access to my digital underwear drawer.

Isn't FB still located in CA? They have to keep CA from being a real state in the Republic no matter the cost. They do NOT want to give up Federal Funding but don't want Washington to make the rules for them. The rest of the states should bow to CA in reverence as they are "special".
