This photo of the Air Force uniform announcement is a bundle of confusion

I was this issue with the Iraqi army all the time mixed uniform. Which says to me
piss poor unorganized Military.

All I see is an uncropped photo that should not have ever made it past editing. I really don't see the major issue that would cause heads to explode. I would hope any service member would know there is no mixing of uniforms.
