New Military Caliber Sparks Much (maybe too much) Debate

SGT (Join to see), I can see the M1A with 6.5mm for certain situations, maybe something more like FBI HRT than military though. For the military, with so many uncertain and very fluid situations, burning out a barrel at an inopportune time can spell disaster !!

Lots of haters of the 6.5CM. It's a great round for long range.

With lightweight body in more common use these days, it would behoove the military to go back to a 7.62 type of round.
