As you may have heard, the DoD recently announced that transferability of the Post-9/11 GI Bill to eligible family members will be limited to those with less than 16 years of service. IAVA has a petition available for those opposed to this move to send a letter to Secretary Mattis (See Take Action link). Also, yesterday, a bipartisan group of House Members called on DoD to back off the new plan.
