I have often thought that the process of journalists yelling out their questions is unseemly. I have too much sense to run for elected office, but if I ever lost my mind and ran for office. My press secretary would make it clear.

Questions are asked on a rotating basis. Act like a hooligan at a strip club and you will not be invited to to any more press conferences.

Rush Limbaugh had a montage of when a reporter asked President Obama a question at an inappropriate time and place. The reporter was labeled a racist, disrespecting the President, rude etc. sort of funny to see the double standard.
