Someone who wants to: 1. enjoy the scenery; 2. had their car breakdown; 3. figure out where they are by checking the GPS because they can't read a map; 4. didn't count of anyone else being out in the middle of BFN. This doesn't appear to have happened during the Dakar Rally but good heads up driving.
