"Progressive" idiocy is everywhere. The right to be an idiot and not respect the very country that has provided you all that you have is the way of the disgruntled leftist. They love to disrespect the flag, the pledge, the National Anthem and convince themselves they are doing something honorable and avante-garde. They try to say it is anti-Trump but it is not. Trump is not America. He is not the pledge or the flag or the anthem. He is an elected official.
She is an elected official too. Perhaps the citizenry will find a better representative for them.

LCpl Freedom A. - I think James Early Ray killed him, not the government. I am not sure what you mean be "using burnt skin leaders as examples". I used him as an example of someone that protested peacefully without being offensive to the general population.

When I say burnt people, I am referring to black people. King's family sued the government in '99, the media just did not report on it. I welcome you to research it to see the verdict. We come from the military, we know tactics. So when I say the government killed black people's so called leaders that where given to us by the dominant class. Most of the black folks at that time didn't run with king. They were to busy trying to stay alive and what mlk and Malcom x represented to them was the backward progress of maybe the oppressors would finally recognize our humanity. Unfortunately. We were all wrong.

LCpl Freedom A. - I have never heard anyone refer to black people as "burnt people". That sounds a little offensive. I agree that most people were just going about their normal lives but I think it would be hard to argue that MLK's work did not result in changes.

Fellow devil dog, marine cpl. My lcpl became cpl's in my platoon and went to sensor training school and went down to the border, Laredo to be more exact to support border patrol. They brought me out of my adolescent funk. It's something about earning that blood stripe plus I was in a platoon full of grunts, boooy I tell you. There the cream of the crop. Shoot in camp Pendleton after MCT, I didn't go home on leave, I got a chance to pick up some tips from the brothers in SOI, went to boot camp with quite a few of them, even did a stint as a tracer wore the belt an everything. Any way Black people -> burnt people. look in the blacks law dictionary, fact is there is no thing such as black people or white people. If they thought MLK posed no threat they would of not put him under surveillance or not send him threatening letters, they bullied king before his death bro. they knew who he conferred with. I Salute you brother. But if you want to know the history we can talk offline, we can. Although I know both of our communities rather have us focusing at the problems at hand. Facts, the Commander in Chief, domestic t*****ism, college scandal, is oppressor class problem. Single mothers, Gang violence, etc is mine in my community. Hopefully when the dust settles we have some North American land left.

The answer is simple and easy. She lost both her legs during the war on terror, she is a hero, she would stand if she could. Oh wait that is not the case, as soon as the pledge is over check her out make sure she is okay and not dizzy, or stroking out. If it so send her to the hospital... If not, tell her to get her little purse and non American ass out of the building. Tell her she is no longer welcome at the meetings, city hall, and pictures of her unAmerican ass will be posted all over town.

Bryan, James I wrote what I thought was a very eloquent response or at least as eloquent as a knuckle dragging barbarian can, then the doorbell rang. I left for a bit and I never hit send and thanks to my TBI I cant remember what all I said, but trust me I am sure it was amazing. Hell, I am standing saluting and singing the Army song. Oh well, I retired and guess I need to stop getting all worked up when it accomplishes nothing. So a quick review, right, wrong, indifferent, the action already occurred. I did not council her, nor did I monkey stomp her and kick her dog, nope. I am just sitting here at my computer thinking about "the glory days". Oh well, getting old is a son of a bitch and getting old with a TBI is even worse but the good part is you cant remember as much of the bad.
...But Bryan, James it was one hell of a response I am sure of it, maybe hahaha

LTC Jeff Shearer - Sir, I'll take you at your word that your response was eloquent and convincing! I concede my position based on what I imagine you wrote. :)
