Cheap compared to the junk Strike Fighter between 80 and 90 million dollars each. Look when we booked our travel through digital Travel on Military orders, we very often pay three times the price for a ticket we could buy ourselves on Priceline but the order specifically state that failure to use DTS or Carlson wagonlit travel will forfeit your chances of getting reimbursed. I still think it's a significant savings compared to what it would have been.

Carlson wagonlit travel is rip off. I'm saying that the savings on the embassy compared to what they were forecasting before.

The past four presidents were asked to do the same thing and it was just as unpopular then as it is now. But if Obama would have done it I bet we wouldn't have heard a peep from the left. Instead they would be using it as a fulfilled campaign promise to get reelected.

Is it just me or is $21 million not as shocking as this article seems to want it to be? And for an embassy upgrade? Seems like a bargain to me. We have a local country club that is finishing up a new clubhouse for it's members that cost $15 million. It probably goes without saying but I am not a member of said country club.
