Waiting until they actually kick in through a quarter or so of trade...
The primary effects will start to show then... after 2 or 3 quarters we’ll see secondary effects (suppliers of manufacturers) and then tertiery effects...
Just-In-Time logistics has made any trade disruption especially damaging due to lack of resources kept on hand.

Sgt Wayne Wood - That is great insight! We will see higher prices for affected goods which will lower demand, thus lowering of revenue and profits. Some people will be laid off. I believe that world commerce will drop.
