While Lieutenant-General Ismail Hakki Pekin’s comments were interesting, the former head of the Turkish General Staff's Intelligence Department had nothing insightful to say about the future of Turkey’s relationship with the west. Appears to be more wait and see, Turkey’s economic position could influence its future policies and decisions. Well, that sums up Turkey’s politics from WWII to present.
