President Donald Trump capped off his dramatic appearance at the annual NATO summit in Brussels, Belgium, on Thursday by teasing another controversial possibility, saying he would not rule out ceasing NATO military exercises in the Baltic States if Russian leader Vladimir Putin requested it during their upcoming meeting in Helsinki, Finland.

I don't believe this for one minute. But I do believe is that Germany only has 11 flyable Toronado strike aircraft and they are short 4000 officers in there bundeswehr. They don't have any functioning submarines in Germany and over 1/3 of their leopard tanks don't work. That would be a bigger worry than the supposed statements from president Trump. This is not the Manchurian Candidate!
