13 months to confirm. The bank has not been charged with any wrongdoing and Benczkowski has pledged to recuse himself from any matter involving the bank. But don't let the fact get in your way.
I'm sure after eight years in office, Trump will have a list similar to Obama's.

Apparently, Dem Sen. Joe Manchin is more concerned with getting reelected than Benczkowski's credentials. I doubt as a political appointee Benczkowski will see the inside of a courtroom and therefore his record remains untarnished.
