If people leaving an administration means that the government is falling apart... I shudder to think about what's happening here in the US.

Sgt Wayne Wood - Right, at the State level. And it's the State's that send their members to Congress. If the State disallows more than x-number of terms, that's the State's decision.

MAJ Bryan Zeski that was the basis of the Supreme Court case... states can limit the terms of STATE Representatives/Senators but not FEDERAL Reps/Senators since those are Federal Office holders as defined by the Constitution (Federal)... the decision was, as stated previously, amend the Constitution.

Sgt Wayne Wood - That's interesting. Good to know. I figured that the States WOULD be able to limit their Federal reps because they are still representatives of the State - and the people of the State. Thanks for the heads up.
