Everyone should take a deep breath.
In the past 6 years there have been several hoaxes about refugees coming to the US. I'm not saying it couldn't happen, but it's not likely. The UN cannot force us to. After all, what country in the world is actually willing to go fight somewhere for nothing? Only us.
That doesn't mean the Prez couldn't try, but after the beating the Dems took in November, I think they'd be leading the charge to block it.
I wonder who starts these things? I notice that the extremists are gaining more power, forcing the parties farther apart every year. One wonders if this isn't the modern equivalent of Bread and Circuses that the Caesar's used for decades in the Roman empire. If the U.S. populace can be distracted by crazy rumors, they won't notice when the extremists get their way.

We need to give the UN the boot. It was a noble idea back in the '40s, but it has long outlived its usefulness and has become a perverted shell of what it used to be.
