It started in North Dakota with the Keystone XL pipeline now we have federal government and Canadian Provincial governments fighting each other to go or be against expanding existing pipelines in Western Canada.

The green party, extreme left Democrats/ Canadian new Democratic Party and liberals as well as the environmentalists are joining forces with the cohort of the disenfranchised . Seems like all the unemployed, purposely unemployed by choice and the anti-fascist 'I have to belong to something druggie crowd' are now protesting Nationwide to stop Pipelines. She will want to raise your gas prices by $0.25 gallon each year like they're doing in California and Canada( where I live and currently pay over $5 a gallon )because they are tax and spend carbon tax Society. Go buy yourself a new muscle car or even buy yourself a V6 Mustang, Camaro or Dodge and still be faster than your mom's or Dad's Oldsmobile or Trans Am. People are protesting over the 'make America great again' that was coined by Bill Clinton. People are protesting oil pipelines that are less dangerous than train derailments. It's time to live a little instead of sitting around, smoking cigarettes and protesting about something that keeps the economy going. I guess the unemployed have to find something to do instead of just protesting and feeling sorry for themselves. Freedom isn't free. Social justice Warriors just want to take your freedoms away. Even if we were to all buy Tesla Motor Cars, we will still have to build more hydroelectric plants and that Reservoir produces CO2 and the lithium and other chemicals from the car batteries are also toxic. Did you ever think that OPEC is behind paying off the green party to protest against any kind of oil and energy? This not in my backyard syndrome is spreading but I wonder who is behind it all? The funny thing is that the United States and Canada are now going to be oil exporters and self-sufficient since the first time in 50 years.
It is also ironic that the best muscle cars that came out in the late 60s early 70s also came out when the environmentalists were coming out during the anti Vietnam protest era.. These cars today probably put out 98% less pollution than a 1970 Dodge Charger with a 440 Magnum and they get over 30 miles per gallon. It is funny that when there is chaos in the street, there is so much to look forward to at your local dealership. The cars of the mid-70s to the late 90s were so boring and underpowered. It's amazing how things have changed for the better.
