Great they caught the little vermin, need to give the older one his choice: jail or the military, the younger of them: military when he's of age, and probation, jail if probation is broken.

I think both need to have the military option or prison/juvenile detention. In addition to full restitution.

The kids need to pay the full price for the repair of the huey, then community service keeping it cleaned and polished over an extended period of time.
