Unfortunately, i trust Trumps negotiating acumen far more than that of the Senate.

The Congressional votes for sanctions, which are needed to put the sanction in effect, ARE LAW. The sanctions that trump is trying to ignore have been law for quite a long time,

Now days, with all the court cases, it seems like the US President has no power. Pres O was able to use executive orders, and made things happen. Not sure why there is a difference. Seems like politics....wish they would think of the country first.

This case does not involve the courts though it is Congress stopping him from ignoring laws that congress created. he us rewarding some that knowing broke major sanctions to two hostile nations. Now he want to ignore the laws concerning the violations.
Does Congress have the right to demand that laws be followed?
