Former Delta Force Commander to Lead Troops in Afghanistan: Reports

Lt. Gen. Austin "Scott" Miller certainly has the experience in Afghanistan. Someone appears to have least thought about the situation on the ground. Miller needs the backing from the army brass and D.C. Army attempts at training local forces have many problems to overcome. Miller needs combat operational forces with support sufficient enough to fight with or without local forces in several locations at once.
