Gunfire, lockdowns in Panama City neighborhood

EVERYONE in Florida, especially the Panhandle has a gun. Start shit there and someone will finish it. Crazy! Walton County is, unlike Panama City, pretty rural and "redneck". They don't like laws or law enforcement in many parts and prefer to deal with stuff the old ways. Like fight it or shoot it out! LOL

The inset photo shows the perp in jail stripes. So he's probably someone that is not allowed to have guns already. Did that Law stop him? I want to know more about this a-hole. I hope it's not another suicide by cop. I was out back doing some carpentry when my wife looked up from her tablet to tell me it was going on.
