DFAS attempted to integrate R, NG, Army, Navy, Marines, and Air Force pay systems and it failed. This what I noticed:
- It seemed like there were an infinite numbers of feeds.
- Programmers did not know the business models, rules and regulations.
- The system did not understand what to do with corrupt or wrong data.

Cerner’s $10 billion, no-bid VA contract finally signed despite critical report
The announcement came Thursday from VA Acting Secretary Robert Wilkie nearly a year after the Trump administration picked Cerner without seeking bids from other possible contractors. Cerner is part of a team building a similar system for the Defense Department.
