It only makes sense to have one utility uniform with different servicepatches...we fight joint now anyway and it is a huge cost savings tothe taxpayers. Maintain individual servie dress uniforms but utilities makes sense.

It was like this before during the BDU days, we got along fine then, we'll get along fine now.

I am so sick of this uniform fiasco. How many billions went into this military complex money pit??? And now, the new one looks more like the old BDU from 20 years ago. One other thing, I am not in favor of an expensive camo uniform for everyday use. In the Green Machine Days, I could get the top and bottom for a uniform for $8.00. and combat boots for $10.00. I know those prices will never come back, but that is the concept we need to use. And let's not even talk abut that blue 1 navy uniform.

SFC Randy Hellenbrand - I still have some years left before I can kick back. I'm in no rush!

Maj (Join to see) - LOL!! STOP AGEING RIGHT NOW!!!!!! I guarantee you the Golden Years aren't. I was always in super great shape but now: knees & shoulders, ankles, arteritis, bursitis, damn hereditary crap, and tinnitus. I see the doctors more than the grandkids. Probably too much Helocasting. You be safe,

SFC Randy Hellenbrand - Thank you! I'm trying. I'm not as invincible as I once was, though. I think I have pretty good genes. My dad is almost 70 and is still out riding 50+ miles on a road bike fairly regularly. I'm trying to ease myself back into those distances.

A single work uniform could outfit the Army and Air Force. My preference would be the Air Force Tiger Stripes, as long as they are not too expensive. Olive Drab is fine with me. Work uniforms should be issued.
