Yeah, nothing new. Interesting test though. The amount of rounds they are putting through might be unprecedented in testing. I'm not sure I buy into the gas system affecting the accuracy though. 6,000-10,000 rounds through the barrel, hell yeah I buy that. The gas system cant be blamed for a change in accuracy, IMO anyway.

Great share, very interesting info. Many folks in DOD complain that SOF has the habit (and ability) of using non-standard, off the shelf civilian designed weapons. This is another example of why they do it. It took DOD a long time to discover that there were better systems out there. SOF knew it years ago.
