I would say that the Team was visiting a the little house with RED Light on too many times. We had same issues about four years ago with a CA/HA Detachment that was havening too many girls coming in and out of their Fiver Star (Yes because of security reasons that is where they stay) resort and was reported, the OIC was sent back to main body and the AOIC was also redeployed to HOA command. I would say the same thing happened in this case. The other thing is they forget yes even they forget that they are under surveillance by the locals they are training, all the time. I have said this before, this is what happens when you place people up on a pedal-stool and they say they are the best( That can be challenged by other units that do same thing day in and out, but don't brag about it and have same problems, but handle them) These guys are no better then any other SOF element trained to do the same DA missions they do. They have created this media bash on themselves by claiming to have the hardest selection process in the world. Yes they claim that, the other sections do not, and they do same training after selection, got same advance schools and get NEC's or certs for them. If the SEAL worship would stop maybe just maybe the Bad discipline problems they are having would quietly go away.

I wonder if we have more leaders removed because of conduct vice KIA. Sad....

People have not awoken to the fact that stuff is not swept under the rug anymore. Being slow on the uptake is a bad characteristic for a military leader. A lack of situational awareness is a major fault.

My company commander was accused of rape while we were at MOB station at Fort McCoy Wisconsin prior to deployment in 2006, he was eventually cleared after it was found that the woman lied because he wouldn’t give her hush money later.
But that ruined a very promising career for a Mustang Captain who had deployed during the invasion in 2003.
He ended up deploying with a Reserve unit out of PR, when they returned from deployment he resigned his commission.
