There is no right or wrong. You make the best decision you can with the information you have, and you keep moving. Like occupying a new battle position, you set up a hasty fighting position and continue to improve your position from there. Don’t be lured into thinking there is a best solution or into waiting for the perfect solution. It is normal to change jobs in the first five years as you learn more about yourself and your new environment.

I can't emphasize having a coach and mentor. They can paint the picture, give different perspectives, and point you in the right direction.
