Nothing new here. This was happening in my day, 1970s. Write them a ticket or arrest them on a General Ordinance, and they'd scream Police Brutality or Racist Cop. Six raps and they were all unsubstantiated and expunged from my record.

Playing on the current racial climate to get out of a ticket. I wonder how she would react if an African American judge fined her in court..just saying..
