I am truly grateful to have my membership in USAA. I have long considered it one of the best benefits of having served. I am so tired of the shenanigans of commercial banks, all of them, BoA, Wells Fargo, Chase, et al.

I read that USAA was the only home insurer who did right to their customers after Katrina.
