Interesting point. I am not sure I agree with him. As far as constitutional amendments, I am pretty sure that only one was ever repealed (prohibition). So I don’t see the 2nd Amendment going away fully. But it’s possible that it could be watered down a bit.

What gun control advocates don't realize is that the right to own firearms wasn't given when the Constitution came to be it has been around for far longer then that . The militia that the Constitution is talking about is the national guard which has been around since 1636 no Constitution doesn't grant us these rights the bill of rights are talking about it only reaffirms them.
