I'm Having a hard time with the "One and Done" mindset of their command. There should be a chance at rehab. From personal experience, most that hit bottom and then get clean, look back and realize just how stupid it was to get involved. The Navy has spent a lot of effort and money training these guys to do a job a lot of people have no desire to do. And I'm willing to put money on the premise that someone senior told them not to worry about it, or even handed them the 1st "hit".

It was legal for many years and after Henry anslinger talked his shit he made people think this stuff is bad. Hell hitlers boys did it during war , Japanese did it..so what if we do it today
